Convenient location near shops, restaurants, and supermarket. Easy access to public transport. Comfortable and pet-friendly rooms with spacious beds. Highly helpful staff despite language barrier. Good breakfast area.

The location was excellent, being right next to the Wilhelm-Geiger-Platz stop on the U-Bahn and close to the subway. It made it very convenient for getting around the city. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant dining area. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, especially considering my limited German language skills. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was nice and big, providing a good night's sleep.
